I was so concerned about cataract surgery and gave Dr. Jadav and his staff a hard time (perhaps I didn't hear that it takes some time for your vision to recover right after surgery). Anyway they did a great job and the results are 20/20 vision (I chose the multi-focal lens for both eyes). Kudos for Dr. Jadav to reaching out to me personally on a holiday to answer a question. Outlook Eye & Laser and Dr. Jadav is where you want to go, even if you are a worrier like me. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jadav and his staff are awesome! The staff is welcoming and patient. They explained the purpose of each machine. Miranda answered all my pre-op questions, even when I called because I forgot some of it. Dr. Jadav doesn't talk at you, but rather to you. He made sure I understood the issues, how removing my cataracts would improve my vision, what the surgery would entail, and what to expect during recovery. I heartily recommend him and his practice!!!!

I had an eye examination for Glaucoma with Dr Dip Jadav this past week. The staff in the office was very polite, professional and courteous. The staff explained each of the tests they conducted on me and they thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Once my tests were completed Dr Dip Jadav reviewed all of my results and then explained my prognosis. Dr Jadav laid a go forward plan for treating my Glaucoma. Dr Jadav is very thorough, a great communicator and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall I would rate Dr Dip Jadav and his staff with 5 stars. I highly recommend Dr Dip Jadav for anyone who is seeking great care from an Ophthalmologist.

The staff at Outlook Eye & Laser Center were very professional and welcoming. They greeted me by name and clearly understood the reason for my visit. They were prepared for my arrival, and there was very little waiting time.

This is my first experience with Dr Jadav office visit, the office itself is very nice, I was greeted by a nice front desk person, and within minutes I was brought inside to complete all necessary clinical scan prior to consultation with doctor, the team was all nice and polite spoken with common language so I felt very comfortable. Finally I met Dr Jadav, he took time explaining what was found on earlier scan and informed me about my condition, and advised when should I return for next visit. I am very please and impress with Dr Jadav visit.
